Food Vendor Service Information and Requirements
- If you will be selling, giving away, serving, or sampling any foods and/or beverages at the 2024 Ann Arbor Art Fair, you must complete this form for the Washtenaw County Health Department using the link above.
- Please complete the form even if you have a current Michigan food service license, or if you don’t think you will need a license for your operation. After you submit the form, we will contact you to discuss your operation and any required food license or inspection.

Ann Arbor Emergency Text Messaging Alert Sign Up
- Sign up to receive emergency notifications from the City of Ann Arbor’s A2 Emergency Alert system. Communications will only be sent to your phone during the fair, July 18-20. To register, text A2ARTFAIR(in all caps) to 888777.
