State Street District Presents Michigan Football Watch Party on October 21st
The State Street District in partnership with The M Den, Ashley’s and it’s community of over 100 members will be hosting the Michigan Football Watch Party on October 21st. This free, family friendly event is open to all community members and Michigan fans alike to come out enjoy this unique viewing experience right here on State Street.
As the Michigan Wolverines are set to face Penn State on Saturday, October 21st in Happy Valley, The District was determined to find a way to keep this high profile football game experience here in Ann Arbor.
The watch party will feature two 10’ x 17’ LED screens, one near East William and the other at East Liberty.
The kickoff time for October 21st vs Penn State is 7:30pm. Festivities will start 2 hours prior (5:30). Ashley’s will have plenty of taps ready in their exclusive beer garden out on state street for this event.
Enjoy the various restaurants and shops downtown in proper tailgate fashion as State Street will be closed to traffic from Liberty to William. Businesses will be open late and keep your eyes peeled for one-day-only sales and specials at our fabulous lineup of shops and eats.
